Licotronic ApS. Sales & Delivery Terms
Exhibition of goods on is not an offer, but an invitation to make an offer. A binding agreement is only made when you receive an order confirmation.
General conditions of supply, sale and delivery.
These terms of sale and delivery apply to all offers, sales and deliveries, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
All offers are valid for 14 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We make reservations for intermediate sales.
Payment is made either in cash or in accordance with agreed payment terms and the payments must be Licotronic at the applicable date on which the invoice is due. If this is not complied with, Licotronic may submit an interest rate note of 2% per annum. month until the full amount is paid. Offsetting in invoice can only be done by prior arrangement.

Licotronic ApS reserves the right to deliver goods until the full purchase price incl. delivery costs and any interest and costs are paid in full.
To get your order delivered you have to pay shipping. The load depends on the size and weight of the package. Delivery is from stock Distributor or from Licotronic's own warehouse. Delivery is at the buyer's expense, unless it is expressly stated that the delivery costs are included in the price. The delivery costs are from DKK 45 to DKK 82 of your choice at the time of ordering (shipping to the door, picked up package store or here) and is stated in Licotronic's current price list. The delivery time is determined by the nature of the product and whether it is in stock or whether it is in residual. It is delivered either with Postnord or GLS and typically from day to day when goods are in their own warehouse and otherwise one should expect 1-3 days delivery when goods are delivered from remote warehouse. We can deliver throughout the Nordic region and within the EU.

Licotronic grants 2 years of warranty under the Purchase Act, including manufacturing and material defects found in the normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaints about defects and defects, which should be discovered in the ordinary examination of the product, must be notified to Licotronic within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by appointment. credit or appropriate discount in price. How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Complaints and goods tournament
Please note that we do not receive packages sent by mail. COD. Returns can also be made by handing the item to us personally. You have 14 days to cancel when you shop at The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by contacting us at mail, or at tel. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and return. You will find it with your order confirmation on your mail along with your standard cancellation form after the purchase and it will appear on the order summary before your approval.
You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased under one order. Note that you can only recover a proportionate part of the delivery costs, corresponding to the distribution between the number of items you return and the number you keep.
Goods except the right of withdrawal

You lose your right of withdrawal if;

The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not use it for real use.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course refund the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including,
delivery costs (but not additional costs as a result of your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of receipt of your decision to undo this agreement. We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.
